3-Day Masai Mara Budget Safari

Day 1: Nairobi to Masai Mara Game Reserve

• Pickup from Nairobi at Mama Ngina Street

• Introduction to the group and the driver guide

• Drive to the Great Rift Valley viewpoint

• Take photos and learn about the formation of the escarpment wall

• Drive to Narok town for lunch and shopping

• Continue to Masai Mara Game Reserve

• Arrive at Miti Mingi Eco Camp in the late afternoon

• Enjoy an introductory game drive until sunset

• Return to the campsite for dinner, a bonfire, and overnight

Day 2: Masai Mara Game Reserve

• Enjoy a hearty breakfast at the campsite

• Collect packed lunch boxes

• Set off on an 8-hour game drive across the Masai Mara Game Reserve

• Spot the Big Five and other wildlife, including lions, leopards, cheetahs, zebras, wildebeest, giraffes, antelopes, gazelles, hyenas, baboons, monkeys, hippos, and crocodiles

• Break for lunch in the wilderness

• Continue the game drive until late evening

• Return to the campsite for dinner, an optional activity, a bonfire, and overnight

Day 3: Masai Mara to Nairobi

• Enjoy a cup of tea or coffee in the morning

• Go on a final game drive in the Masai Mara Game Reserve

• Track the Big Cats as they return from hunting

• Observe their hunting skills as they prey on grazing animals in the open savanna grassland

• Witness the sunrise and take photos of the sun and the wildlife

• Enjoy a full breakfast

• Check out of the campsite
