Mikumi National Park located in the Morogoro Region, about 200 kilometers (120 mi) west of Dar es Salaam. The park covers an area of 3,230 square kilometers (1,240 sq mi) and is bordered by the Selous Game Reserve to the south, the Udzungwa Mountains National Park to the west, and the Kilombero Game Reserve to the north.
